"Footprints In The Sand, Steps To Their Future"

This week's challenge is Love

My friends asked me to photograph their wedding, very new to me, I take scenery. I was lucky, their wedding  pictures turned nice and they were pleased phew.

Their wedding ceremony on the beach was cancel do pouring rain, was held inside instead.  When we saw it was the weather was clearing, we decided to take beach pictures at dusk after the reception. The picture was take at York Beach, Maine.

Thats a lovely shot, Betty!!  I did a few weddings but only as gifts, couldn't handle that kind of pressure.  Ü

Betty, isn't it amazing how we'll do this for friends even when we swear we'll never shoot weddings? LOL Lovely shot--you got a bonus with the sunset colors there. I'm sure all your photos of that wedding turned out wonderfully. :)

That is a wonderful picture!  Wedding are something that I dare not even get involved with.  If I screw up a picture of a tree, I can toss it and nobody really cares.  If I mess up the pics of somebody's special day, I would feel horrible.  I'm sure they were very happy with the outcome if they all looked like this one.

That's how I got started in wedding photography ... first it was a relative, then a friend, then a coworker and the ball kept rolling.  Don't be surprised if it does the same for you!  Beautiful image, nice colors, very romantic.
