Carriage Under An Old Tree

A couple weeks ago, Bob and I took a trip to Vermont in search of old barns, covered bridges and scenery.  Unfortunately the weather was overcast most of the trip but still a nice drive.

I found a pretty, simple scenic on the side of road in Windsow, Vermont.

The overcast sky made for some beautiful, saturated colors.  Great shot.  I hope it's not the only one you made.  I can imagine how this would look in all the seasons.

Very nice feel to this picture, Betty...  Is that in WindsoR, VT?  I love living in New England...  Hope to see you soon!

The wheels lend a sense of how large the oak tree is.     I think the composition works together well.    mark
