East Coast Blizzard December, 2010

New Hampshire was not hit as badly as New York and New Jersey, we received about 12 inches, including high winds.

I tried capturing the wind gust and swirling snow. I added a photo of Bob snow blowing the snow during a beautiful winter sunset.

Lily's Art Work

We spent Thanksgiving with our daughter and her family. Our beautiful granddaughter Lily created a piece of artwork, a Thanksgiving card she put her heart into creating. Her card is so beautiful I am going to frame.

How many of you have refrigerator artwork displayed?

17th Fields of Lupine Festival, Sugar Hill, NH 2010

David Dodge Fine Arts and Graphic Designer, allowed me to take his image while painting the lupine. Check out his beautiful site Dave Dodge Fine Art

One of my favorite events to photograph 17th Annual Fields of Lupine Festival, June 4-20, 2010.This the Lupines are really putting on a great show.
I am always trying to out do myself with new pictures each year, as I learn more about photography. Experimenting with new lens and a new camera, my Canon 7D is always interesting seeing the results.
To see my series of the Lupines, you can check out http://www.flickr.com/photos/bpdphotos/sets/72157624117311477/

2010 February Winter Storm

The east coast had another winter storm. In our area we received only 6 inches of snow turning to sleet, other areas either received rain or a foot snow. I managed to capture a shot before the sleet turned the snow into an ugly mess.
