Yesterday was not a very good photo day. Sometimes that will happen.
Heading home we passed a bog in North Sandwich, NH, I spotted what I thought were a few Mallards Ducks. Stopping, getting out the car, without thinking, SLAMMED the car door, hundreds of ducks flew away. Talk about missing a photo opportunity. There was no way I could have taken images from the car but slamming the car door did not help!!!! Sigh. Needless to say I will NEVER do that again!!!

LOL. I just had to laugh. I can well imagine your chagrin as the ducks flew away. When you slammed the door, were your keys still in the ignition?
I have way too many pics just like that! Not too bad...just not "wow".

Wow!! You still have ice up there? I think the second picture is a nice landscape shot, ducks or no ducks.
