Snow is not unusual in October. What I found interesting, viewing my photo, you can see we still have leaves waiting to fall, a pumpkin waiting for trick and treaters.
I believe my photo of the pumpkin looking out at the first snow is waiting for your suggested caption.

Hi Betty, looks like we got more snow in PA than you did in NH. Thanks for the email. I'm definitely look forward to keeping in contact once we're back home, which should be late Monday afternoon. Sorry, but my thinking cap isn't on this morning for a photo caption, but that sure is a good looking one!
