Brrrrrrrrrrr Icicles
I have tried a few times, taking pictures of icicles, this year my quest was better plus frigid temperatures helped. Let me know what you think of my attempt?
I like the color photo best. On the rare occasions that we had icicles from the roof we used them for frozen pops. Oh I bet they were nasty from that tin roof but we didn't care.
A new world open to me with my photography. Encompassing the beauty, colors, shading and lighting of what I see around me, I never noticed before photography.
I am fortunate, receiving extensive mentoring, helping me learn the fine techniques of photography. Learning has been an on going progress I am enjoying and plan to continue.
Using my Canon 7D and 7D MarkII, along with assorted lens, filters and programs. I enjoy exploring, capturing images of scenery, flowers, nature, events, travels and people. Many of my photos are taken of our beautiful state, New Hampshire and surrounding New England states.

Betty, both are great, but I especially like the first one...the beautiful blue of the sky really makes the icicles stand out!

Linda :)
Great job!
Those are some serious icicles! Made me think how lucky we've been here without much in the way of cold.
Nice perspective with those!

Great shots! I'm parcial to the bottom photo, the angle of the icicles compliments the points of the trees. (Hugs) Indigo
