I can't decide between color and black & white. In the color, the little bit of red catch my eye so I continue to look for more little detail. Lovely. I like the B & W because it seems harsh, like the winter ground it sits on. The detail in this is altogether different. I see more light and shadow in this one. Don't like the OldeTyme at all this time. Blessings, Penny http://journals.aol.com/firestormkids04/FromHeretoThere http://journals.aol.com/firestormkids04/TimeforaLittlePoetry
I love your picture of old barns! I think my favorite is the top one. Sometimes color lends credence to the beauty of the image. I have an old shack on my property as well as a broken down wooden one across from my home. I was just thinking last night with all the snow , how beautiful and eerie they looked. Maybe I should try to get some pictures of them. (Hugs) Indigo
A new world open to me with my photography. Encompassing the beauty, colors, shading and lighting of what I see around me, I never noticed before photography.
I am fortunate, receiving extensive mentoring, helping me learn the fine techniques of photography. Learning has been an on going progress I am enjoying and plan to continue.
Using my Canon 7D and 7D MarkII, along with assorted lens, filters and programs. I enjoy exploring, capturing images of scenery, flowers, nature, events, travels and people. Many of my photos are taken of our beautiful state, New Hampshire and surrounding New England states.

I think the black and white works best in this particular case. All three are good.
Hi Betty! I love this scene! Being a realist, I guess that's why I always prefer color photos. Thanks for sharing this one, too! -Mame-
They're all beautiful, but I guess my favorite on this one is the color. Have a great week! Judy
Snow and old structures seem to go hand in hand. You have the perfect setting for photography here.
