Me and My Shadow
Last week when I was playing with the Sunset lighting on the golf course, I turned around and notice my shadow. The picture is very bright because of the sunset rays.

OOOOooooo... pretty eery, huh? But great! Some of the best pictures sometimes come unexpectedly and this is a perfect example. If you/we TRIED to get a shot like that, we'd probably have a difficult time of it, right? You certainly do some great photography, Betty! I always look forward to the next. -Mame-
A new world open to me with my photography. Encompassing the beauty, colors, shading and lighting of what I see around me, I never noticed before photography.
I am fortunate, receiving extensive mentoring, helping me learn the fine techniques of photography. Learning has been an on going progress I am enjoying and plan to continue.
Using my Canon 7D and 7D MarkII, along with assorted lens, filters and programs. I enjoy exploring, capturing images of scenery, flowers, nature, events, travels and people. Many of my photos are taken of our beautiful state, New Hampshire and surrounding New England states.

I'm glad you decided to put my favorite in the journal. This is a very cool shot and a little different approach to one that Ansel Adams did.

When I first looked at it I thought it was a painting. That is one of the most unique photos I have ever seen. mark
A great self-portrait!

I really like the effect you got with the light on this shot. It's almost surreal.
